The history of Nest Bank

Our bank was founded in 1995 under the name WestLB Polska SA. In 2010, the name was changed to Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości S.A., and in July 2013, the merger with FM Bank S.A. took place. as a result, the bank continued its operations using the name FM Bank PBP S.A.

Until the merger, the bank focused primarily on serving local governments and medium and large enterprises. Due to the change in the business model, after 2013, the bank developed under two brands: BiZ Bank, dedicated to business customers, and Bank Smart, addressed to individual customers.

To meet new market needs, in November 2016 the bank rebranded and started offering its products under the new name Nest Bank, while changing its legal name. Currently, Nest Bank S.A. Its products are targeted at both individual customers and micro-entrepreneurs.
